About Megan

Weight Loss Coach
I have always had a passion for health and wellness and knew early on that I wanted to be able to help people with living their healthiest life. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to receive my certifications for weight loss nutrition and nutrition coaching.

In the past decade, I’ve had the pleasure of working with thousands of individuals on their health and weight loss journeys. I decided to create my own business to personalize the nutrition coaching approach for my clients based on individual needs versus a cookie cutter plan and also pour my passion into creating resources and guides to simplify living a healthier life.

Along with being a nutrition coach, I'm a wife and mother of two who has a love for coffee, cardio, travel, target runs and spending my time with my family & friends. 💕
